人性化护理干预对糖尿病合并心血管疾病患者生存质量的影响探讨

目的：探讨人性化护理干预对糖尿病合并心血管疾病患者生存质量的影响。方法：随机将我院内分泌科收治的112例糖尿病合并心血管疾病患者平均分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者采用常规护理，对观察组患者采用人性化护理干预，并观察两组患者护理效果。结果：观察组患者生理功能、生理职能等各项指标结果均明显优于时照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组患者总满意率98．21％明显高于对照组82．14％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：人性化护理干预在糖尿病合并心血管疾病患者护理中应用，不仅能够提高患者满意度，而且对提高患者生存质量也具有重要的作用，值得临床推广使用。

Objective ：To analyze and study the effect of humanized nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods： 112 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, the total level of satisfaction of the observation group was 98.21%, obviously higher than 82.14 % of the control group, the difference was statistically signifizant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention applied to the nursing for patients with diabetes mellitus, can improve the level of satisfaction of the patients, and it plays an important role in enhancing the quality of life of thep atients, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
