高血压脑出血患者手术后护理中优质护理的应用效果观察

目的：观察高血压脑出血患者术后实施优质护理的效果，以为临床实际护理提供参考。方法：选取2016年1月至2016年12月期间于我院接受诊治的86例患者作为研究对象，随机将患者分为实验组及对照组，实验组采用优质护理，对照组实施常规护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：实验组患者对护理工作的总满意率（95.35％）明显高于对照组患者对护理工作的总满意率（81.40％），组间数据差异显著，P〈0.05，有统计学意义；实验组患者的并发症总发生率（4.65％）明显低干对照组患者的并发症总发生率（25．58％），组间数据差异显著，P〈0.05，有统计学意义。结论：采用优质护理方法护理高血压脑出血术后患者取得良好效果，有助于降低术后并发症发生率，改善患者预后，优质护理的实施对提高手术成功率具有重要作用，值得推广。

Objective ：To observe the effect of high quality nursing postoperatively in patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage, thought clinical practice nursing to provide the reference. Selection methods： January 2016 - December 2016 in our hospital during the period of accept the diagnosis and treatment of 86 patients as the research object, the patients randomly divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group is made of high quality nursing, control group routine nursing, nursing effect compare two groups. Results： the patients with total satisfaction to nursing work is significantly higher than the control group （95.35%） patients with total satisfaction to nursing work （81.40%）, data significant difference between groups, P 〈 0.05, there is statistical significance; Group of patients with complications incidence （4.65%）, significantly lower than the control group total incidence of complications in patients with total （25.58%）, data significant difference between groups, P 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： high quality nursing methods postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage achieve good effect, helps to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the prognosis of patients, the implementation of the high quality nursing plays an important role to improve the success rate of surgery is worth promoting.
