消化内科规范性治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎合并心血管患者的效果研究

目的：探讨在慢性萎缩性胃炎合并心血管患者中应用消化内科规范化治疗的临床效果，给临床选用合适方法治疗提供理论依据。方法：选取2014年5月至2016年7月在医院接受治疗的90例慢性萎缩性胃炎合并心血管患者作为研究对象，入选患者随机分成两组，奥美拉唑组与雷贝拉唑组各45例，奥美拉唑组患者应用奥美拉唑三联规范化治疗，雷贝拉唑组患者应用雷贝拉唑三联规范化治疗，两组患者均治疗4周，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：雷贝拉唑组患者的幽门螺旋杆菌清除率（43/95.56％）明显高于奥美拉唑组（36／80．00％），；雷贝拉唑组治疗总有效率（42／93.33％）明显高于奥美扭唑组（37／8222％）；雷贝拉唑组患者的不良反应总发生率（8/17．78％）明显低于奥美拉唑组（2／4．44％），两组间上述各指标差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在慢性萎缩性胃炎合并心血管患者中应用雷贝拉唑三联治疗的临床疗效确切，有效清除幽门螺旋杆菌，安全性高，值得临床推广。

Objective ：To explore the clinical effect of standardized treatment in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, and to provide theoretical basis for the selection of appropriate treatment methods. Methods： 90 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were selected from May 2014 -2016 year in luly at the hospital as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, omeprazole and ray Bella with 45 cases in each group, omeprazole group were treated with omeprazole triple standardized treatment group of patients with ray Bella with ray Bella with triple standardized treatment, two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks, compared two groups of patients. Results： Helicobacter pylori in patients with ray Bella with clearance rate （43/95.56%） was significantly higher than that of omeprazole group （36/80.00%）; ray BeUa, ribavirin treatment group total effective rate （42/93.33%） was significantly higher than that of omeprazole group （37/82.22%）; the total incidence of adverse reaction of ray Bella with group （8/17.78%） was significantly lower than the omeprazole group （2/4.44%）, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups of each index （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, the clinical efficacy of ray Bella triple therapy is exact, effective removal of Helicobacter pylori, high safety, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
