合并心血管疾病产妇胎盘早剥的诊治效果分析

目的：通过对某院18例胎盘早剥患者的诊治分析，探讨胎盘早剥的临床特点。方法：以某院2008—2016年诊治的18例胎盘早剥患者为研究，通过对比产生的诱因和临床表现，探讨胎盘早剥的临床特点。结果：胎盘早剥的患者预后情况如何与是否及时准确诊断和正确处理密切相关。结论：对存在胎盘早剥高危因素的的孕产妇，要与相关疾病鉴别，动态观察．才能早期诊断胎盘早剥，尤其是不典型胎盘早剥，及时治疗。

Objective ：Through to a hospital diagnosis and treatment of 18 cases of patients with placental abruption analysis,to explore the clinical characteristics of placental abruption. Results： the prognosis of patients with placental abruption of case and is closely related to the timely and accurate diagnosis and correct treatment. Conclusion： the existence of the risk factors of placental abruption maternal, and related disease identification, dynamic observation, early diagnosis of placental abruption, especially not typical of placental abruption, timely treatment.
