心脏病患者行绿激光前列腺汽化术及其围手术期的护理体会

目的：探讨心脏病患者行绿激光前列腺汽化术及其围手术期的护理体会。方法：选取2015年6月至2016年6月我院收治的心脏病合并前列腺患者80例，作为研究对象根据治疗和护理放的不同，分为对照组和研究组，每组患者各40例，对照组使用常规治疗和常规护理方法，研究组使用绿激光前列腺汽化术并在围术期进行综合性护理，对比两组患者治理效果及护理满意度。结果：研究组使用激光前列腺汽化术并在围术期进行综合性护理，治疗效果和护理满意度方面显著高于对照组常规治疗和护理方法。结论：心脏病合并前列腺炎患者使用绿激光前列腺汽化术并在围术期进行综合性护理其治疗和护理效果远胜于常规治疗及护理方法，应当在临床中广泛推广及应用。

Objective ：To investigate the experience of perioperative treatment of heart laser in patients with heart disease undergoing laser vaporization of the prostate. Methods： 80 patients with heart disease and prostate from June 2015 -2016 year in June in our hospital patients as the research object, according to the treatment and nursing on different, divided into control group and study group, there were 40 cases in each group, control group conventional treatment and routine nursing care, the study group used green laser vaporization of the prostate and comprehensive nursing care in the perioperative period, compared two groups of patients with treatment effect and nursing satisfaction. Results： the study group used laser vaporization of prostate and carried out comprehensive care during the perioperative period. The treatment effect and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group, conventional treatment and nursing methods. Conclusion： heart disease patients with prostatitis using the green laser vaporization of the prostate and in the perioperative comprehensive nursing care and treatment effect is far better than the routine treatment and nursing methods should be in clinical application and dissemination.
