老年冠心病心律失常60例参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗疗效观察

Elderly coronary heart disease, arrhythmia 60 cases and shensong yangxin capsule in combination with metoprolol zyban curative effect observation

目的：观察参松养心胶囊治疗老年冠心病心律失常的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年8月-2016年8月期间在我院收治的60例老年冠心病心律失常患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例，观察组给予参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗，对照组采用美托洛尔缓释片进行治疗，比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后缺血发生次数、缺血总时间、B型脑钠肽（BNP）水平。结果：观察组治疗的总有效率为93.3％，明显高于对照组的73．3％（P〈0．05），差异具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后缺血发生次数、缺血总时间及BNP水平均较治疗前明显减小，且治疗后观察组患者缺血发生次数、缺血总时间及BNP水平明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），差异具有统计学意义。结论：参松养心胶囊治疗老年冠心病心律失常效果显著，值得推广应用。

Objective ：To observe the treatment of senile coronary heart disease （CHD） and shensong yangxin capsule＇s clinical curative effect. Methods： from August 2015 to August 2015 in our hospital during the period of 60 cases of senile coronary heart disease （CHD） patients with arrhythmia, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, observation group was given ＂shensong yangxin capsule＂ joint metoprolol zyban treatment, control group adopts metoprolol zyban treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect and treatment before and after ischemia times, total time, b-type brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） level. Results： to observe the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%, significantly higher than the 73.3% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the difference is statistically significant. Two groups after treatment in patients with iscbemia times, total time and the BNP level was significantly reduced, the treatment and observation group of patients after ischemia times, total time and BNP level significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion ＂shensong yangxin capsule＂ effect of treatment of senile coronary heart disease （CHD）, is worthy of popularization and application.
