心血管疾病急救培训对急诊科护士能力的影响探究

目的：探讨心血管疾病急救培训对急诊科护士能力的影响。方法：选用2015年1月至2016年1月期间在医院工作的53例急诊科护士作为对照组，未实施心血管疾病急救培训，选用2016年2月至2017年2月期间在医院工作的53例急诊科护士作为观察组，实施心血管疾病患救培训，两组护理人员一致，对两组患者的相关技能进行评估，分析比较两组护士核心能力、护理能力，思维与科研能力情况、人际关乐、领导能力、专业发展情况。结果：观察组护士核心能力，护理能力、思维与科研能力、人际关系、领导能力、专业发展为（2．94±0．49）分、（339±0．65）分、（2．81±0．68）分、（2.97±0．61）分、（2．86±0．64）分、（2．64±0．65）分相比于对照组的（2．55±0．57）分、（2．65±0．54）分、（0．24±0．57）分、（2．65±0.54）分、（2.62±0．54）分、（2．38±0.45）分，观察组明显更高，组间比较，盖异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：急诊科护士通过心血管疾病急救培训后，相比于培训前，护士的急救能力、意识等均得到了显著的提升，心血管疾病患者的急救护理质量得到显著改善，提高了患者的安全性和治愈率．值得推广应用．

Objective ：To study the cardiovascular disease, the effects of first aid training to the emergency department nurses.Methods： choose between January 2015 and January 2015 to work in a hospital during the period of 53 cases of emergency department nurses as control group, not the implementation of cardiovascular disease （CVD） first aid training, choose in February 2016 to February 2017 to work in a hospital during the period of 53 cases of emergency department nurses as observation group, the implementation of cardiovascular disease （CVD） first aid training, two groups of nursing staff is consistent, relevant skills in two groups of patients assessed, compared two groups of core ability and nursing ability, thinking and scientific research ability, interpersonal, leadership and professional development.Results： observation group of core ability and nursing ability, thinking and scientific research ability, interpersonal relations, leadership, the professional development of （2.94-0.49）, （3.39-0.65）, （2.81-0.68）, （2.97-0.61）, （2.86-0.04）, （2.64-0.65） compared with control group （2.55-0.57）, （2.65-0.54）, （0.24- 0.57）, （2.65-0.54）, （2.62-0.54）, （2.38-0.45） points, observation group obviously higher, comparison between groups, statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： the emergency department nurses by cardiovascular disease after first aid training, compared with before training, first aid ability and consciousness of nurses were significantly improved, and patients with cardiovascular disease of emergency nursing quality improved significantly, improve the patient＇s safety and the cure rate, is worthy of popularization and application.
