摘要
目的：探头护理干预对酒精性心肌病心力衰竭患者的临床敖果。方法：回顾性分析2016年1月-2016年12月在我院就诊的87例酒精性心肌病心力衰竭患者临床病例资料，所有患者均采取综合护理干预，并分析护理干预效果。结果：护理后患者心率、血压、左室内径和左室射血分数等均明显优于护理前，护理前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：加强酒精性心肌病心力衰竭患者心理疏导、饮食指导、生命监测以及用药观察等护理干预有助于改善患者临床症状，促进患者疾病恢复，其值得推广借鉴。
Objective ：Clinical effect of probe nursing intervention on alcoholic cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure.Methods： We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 87 patients with alcoholic heart failure in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016. All patients underwent comprehensive nursing intervention and analyzed the effect of nursing intervention. Results： After treatment, the heart rate, blood pressure, left ventricular diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction were significantly better than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： To strengthen the psychological counseling, dietary guidance, life monitoring and medication observation of alcoholic cardiomyopathy in patients with heart failure can help to improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of the disease, which is worthy of reference.
