整体护理干预对冠心病患者生活质量的影响

目的：探讨整体护理干预对冠心病患者生活质量的影响。方法：将100例冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50倒，对照组采用冠心病常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予整体护理干预，3个月后，比较两组患者干预前和干预后健康状况调查表（SF-36）评分情况。结果：观察组患者整体护理干预后健康状况调查表（SF-36）评分均明显高于护理干预前和对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对冠心病患者实施整体护理干预，可明显改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

Objective ：To discuss the effect of holistic nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease. Method：100 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group, the control group given routine nursing and the observation group given holistic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.3 months later, Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire（SF-36） scores were compared between the two groups in before and after intervention. Result：The questionnaire（SF-36） score of observation group was significantly higher than itself before and the control group.The difference has statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of holistic nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease can significantly improve their quality of life and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
