综合性脑血管病合并慢性肺源性心脏病患者的中医证候分布规律

目的：探讨慢性肺源性心脏病合并脑血管病患者的中医证候分布规律。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的慢性肺源性心脏病脑合并血管病患者118例，建立数据分析系统利用临床流行病学方式，对其进行中医症侯调查并进行综合科学分析法。结果：调查表度数据分析发现，中医症候主要为痰热壅肺症、肺肾气虚症、痰瘀阻肺症，阳虚冰泛症及肾气虚证，与诊断标准符合结果基本一致。结论：痰热壅肺症、肺肾气虚症、痰瘀阻肺症，阳虚水泛症及肾气虚证是慢性肺源性心脏病合并脑血管病患者的主要临床临床症侯．调查结果可作为参考资料为后续研究提供有效依据。

Objective ：To discuss the investigate the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with cerebrovascular diseases. Methods： cerebrovascular disease in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed with 118 cases of patients with chronic cor pulmonale, establish data analysis system by using the way of clinical epidemiology, TCM symptoms to survey and comprehensive scientific analysis. Results： questionnaires and data analysis showed that TCM symptoms mainly for Phlegm heat obstructing lung disease, lung and kidney deficiency syndrome, Phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the lung disease, ＂fang deficiency syndrome and the water kidney deficiency syndrome, and diagnostic criteria in accordance with the results are basically identical. Conclusion： Phlegm heat obstructing lung disease, lung and kidney deficiency syndrome, Phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the lung disease, Yang deficiency disease and kidney deficiency syndrome is a cerebrovascular disease with main clinical symptoms of patients with chronic cor pulmonale,the results of the survey can be used as references to provide effective basis for follow-up study.
