右佐匹克隆对心肌梗死后失眠的疗效观察

目的：探讨右佐匹克隆对心肌梗死后失眠的疗效，为心肌梗死后失眠患者治疗药物的选择提供理论依据。方法：选用2016年4月至2017年4月期间在医院进行治疗的120例心肌梗死后失眠患者作为此次研究对象，给予患者实施药物治疗，并依据药物的不同分为观察组与对照组，每组患者60例，对照组患者采用阿普唑仑进行治疗，观察组患者采用右佐匹克隆进行治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果情况实施密切观察，分析比较两组患者治疗前后睡眠质量评分、日常生活能力评分情况、临床疗效情况。结果：活疗前，两组患者睡眠质量评分、日常生活能力评分进行组间比较，差异不存在统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后，两组患者睡眠质量评分、日常生活能力评分改善程度好于治疗前，观察组明显更好，观察组患者的总有效率为91．67％相比于对照组的71.67％，观察组明显史高，组间比较，差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：右佐匹克隆对心肌梗死后生眠的疗效显著．相比于阿普唑仑治疗．患者的症状和生活质量得到显著改善．睡眠质量得到提升．提高了治愈率．值得推广应用．

Objective ：To investigate the effect of right ventricular infarction on insomnia after myocardial infarction, and to provide theoretical basis for the choice of drugs for the treatment of insomnia after myocardial infarction. Methods： treatment of 120 cases of myocardial infarction patients with insomnia as the research object were selected from April 2016 to April 2017 period in the hospital, giving patients with drug therapy, and according to different drugs into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group, the control group was treated with alprazolam recovery group patients, observation group were treated by right zopiclone treatment, close observation of the implementation of the two groups of patients with treatment, analysis of sleep quality score, before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of daily life ability score and the clinical efficacy. Results： before treatment, two groups of patients with sleep quality score, ADL scores were compared between groups, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）; after treatment, scores of two groups of patients sleep quality score, daily life ability improvement is better than before treatment, the observation group was significantly better in patients in the observation group total the efficiency was 91.67% compared to 71.67% in the control group, the observation group was significantly higher, compared between groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： eszopiclone has significant therapeutic effect on insomnia after myocardial infarction, compared with alprazolam in the treatment, the symptoms and quality of life improved significantly, improve sleep quality, improve the cure rate, it is worthy of popularization and application.
