阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗脑血栓患者的疗效及其对血小板参数的影响分析

目的：探究脑血栓患者通过阿托伐他汀与抗血小板药联合治疗后在治疗效果和血小板参数方面产生的影响。方法：选取于2014年1月至2016年6月我院门诊随访的脑血栓患者80例，依随机分组标准分为观察组（40人）和对照组（40人）。对照组患者予抗血小板药治疗，观察组患者在抗血小板药治疗的基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗。从临床治疗有效率及血小板参数改善情况两方面入手，针对相关内容进行分析。结果：对照组治疗总有效率（77．5％）比观察组（92．5％）低（P〈0．05）；观察组血小板参数改善情况优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：脑血栓患者通过阿托伐他汀与抗血小板药联合治疗后，在改善血小板参数的同时，使治疗总有效率明显增高，存在一定推广价值。

Objective ：To investigate the effects of atorvastatin and antiplatelet agents on the therapeutic effect and platelet parameters in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods： Eighty cases of cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital were selected and admitted to hospital in ）anuary 2014 -June 2016. They were divided into observation group （40 subjects） and control group （40 subiects） according to the randomized grouping criteria. The patients in the control group were treated with antiplatelet agents, and the patients in the observation group were treated with atorvastatin on the basis of antiplatelet therapy. From the clinical treatment efficiency and improvement of platelet parameters in two aspects, for the relevant content analysis. Results： The total effective rate （77.5%） in the control group was lower than that in the observation group （92.5%） （P 〈0.05）. The improvement of platelet parameters in the observation group was better than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of atorvastatin and antiplatelet agents in patients with cerebral thrombosis, while improving the platelet parameters, the total effective rate of treatment was significantly increased, there is a certain value to promote.
