硝苯地平缓释片与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合应用治疗原发性高血压的效果观察

目的：探究硝苯地平缓释片与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合治疗原发性高血压的，临床效果。方法：选取我院收治的原发性高血压患者112例作为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同分为研究组和对照组，每组各56例，研究组患者采用硝苯地平缓释片与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合进行治疗，对照组患者单纯采用硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗，对比两组患者的血压情况和不良反应的发生率。结果：两组患者治疗前的收缩压和舒张压比值差异不明显，P〉0．05，无统计学意义。经过治疗后，研究组患者的收缩压和舒张压的水平明显低于对照组患者的收缩压和舒张压的水平，研究组患者治疗有效率明显优于对照组患者治疗的有放率，P〈0．05，具有统计学意义。研究组患者的不良反应的发生率（3.57％）少于对照组患者的不良反应发生率（8．92％），但P〉0．05，不具有统计学意义。结论：硝苯地平缓释片与厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合治疗原发性高血压的临床效果显著，能够较好的控制患者的血压水平，且未发生明显的不良反应，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective ：To explore the nifedipine zyban bei sha Tanzania Irwin hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined clinical effect for the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods： select our hospital 112 cases of patients with essential hypertension （eh） as the research object, according to different divided into treatment group and control group, each group 56 cases, group were treated by nifedipine zyban bei sha Tanzania Irwin hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined treatment, control group patients treated with nifedipine zyban pure, compared two groups of patients with blood pressure and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results： two groups of patients before treatment, the difference is not ob＇,;ious systolic and diastolic blood pressure ratio （p 〉 0.05, no statistical significance. Patients after treatment, the team of systolic and diastolic blood pressure level is significantly lower than control group in patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels, the team efficient treatment obviously better than that of control group were treated, efficient （p 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Group the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with less than the control group （3.57%） patients with the incidence of adverse reactions （8.92%）, p 〉 0.05, however, is not statistically significant. Conclusion： nifedipine zyban bei sha Tanzania Irwin hydrochlorothiazide tablet the clinical effect of combined treatment of primary hypertension, to better control of the patient＇s blood pressure level, without obvious adverse reactions occur, has high clinical value.
