25例合并心血管疾病患者管道护理不良事件分析及对策

目的：探讨合并心血管疾病患者住院病人管道护理不良事件发生的原因，为患者安全管理提供依据。方法：对全院各科室上报护理部的25例合并心血管疾病患者管道护理不良事件资料进行分析。结果：合并心血管疾病患者管道护理不良事件发生的主要原因是护士对患者管路风险评估不足，管道管理不到住，与患者缺乏有效沟通，同时与发生管道不良事件的高危时间段、护士的资历、患者的受教育程度均有关系。结论：为确保患者管道安全，护理管理者要重视对不良事件的分析，应不断优化合并心血管疾病患者管道护理相关操作流程，规范管道管理，加强对年轻护士的培训，强化护士安全意识，抓好对重点时段及薄弱环节的管理，降低合并心血管疾病患者管道护理不良事件的发生。
