评价亚临床甲状腺功能减低症合并心血管患者采取左旋甲状腺素钠治疗的临床有效性

目的：对亚临床甲状腺功能减低症心血管患者实施左旋甲状腺素钠治疗的临床有效性进行评价。方法：收集因亚临床甲状腺功能减低症疾病在我院进行相关医治的病患54例为调查的主要人员，其收集时间在2016年04月至2017年03月。根据病患就诊时间的先后将其平均分为左旋组以及六味组。治疗方法：六味组予以口服中药六味地黄丸进行相关治疗，左旋组给予左旋甲状腺素钠进行相关治疗，比对两组病患治疗有效性与不良反应发生情况。结果：经过相应的治疗后，左旋组甲状腺激素水平改变较明显，且不良反应发生平较六味组更少，两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：将左旋甲状腺素钠治疗用于治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减低症疾病其临床有效性较高，能够有效改善患者甲状腺激素水平，促进病患恢复，同时其不良反应发生率也较少，可应用。

Objective ：To evaluate the clinical effacacy of levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism. Methods： to collect clinical thyroid function because of disease related to reduce cure patients of 54 cases for the investigation of key personnel in our hospital, the collection time in 2016 04 months -2017 years 03 months. According to the time of treatment, the patients were divided into six groups. Treatment methods： six groups were treated with oral traditional Chinese medicine rehmannia pill, the treatment group was treated with levothyroxine sodium, and the treatment efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients with the treatment of the six groups. Results： after the corresponding treatment, the left group of thyroid hormone levels were significantly changed, and the incidence of adverse reactions was less than that of the six groups, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： levothyroxine sodium therapy for the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism is highly effective clinical disease, can effectively improve the patients with thyroid hormone level, promote patient recovery. At the same time, the incidence rate of adverse reaction is less, can be used.
