TBIL、Lp(a)、CysC检测在冠心病临床诊断中的价值

摘要 目的:探究分析TBIL、Lp(a)、CysC检测在冠心病临床诊断中的价值。方法:将在本院接受治疗的冠心病患者46倒作为研究的观察组,其入院时间为2015年2月至2016年6月期间,另抽选同期在本院接受检查的健康人员40名作为对照组,对两组观察对象的TBIL、Lp(a)、CysC水平进行比较,同时对观察组中疾病不同程度患者的TBIL、Lp(a)、CysC水平进行对比。结果:观察组患者的TBIL水平明显较对照组高,其Lp(a)与CysC水平明显较对照组低,P〈0.05;观察组中Gensini积分〉40分患者的TBIL水平明显低于积分〈40分患者,其Lp(a)水平、CysC水平则明显较高,P〈0.05。结论:TBIL、Lp(a)、CysC水平与冠心病的发展具有密切关联存在,在疾病诊断中的价值较高。
