心血管磁共振技术的临床应用

摘要 目的:对磁敏感成像(SWI)技术在脑部病变中临床应用的价值进行探讨。方法:选取72侧脑部疾病患者.给予常规T1WI,T2WI.DWI、SWI序列扫描。对磁敏感成像进行评价。结果:在海绵状血管瘤扫描中,SWI技术能够对小出血灶明确发现.对出血血管能够有效鉴别;在静脉畸形中,SWI技术对小静脉向大静脉引流能够有效发现;在脑梗死中,SWI技术对皮质层状坏死及小出血灶能够发现;在脑肿瘤中,SWI技术对肿瘤内出血及小引流静脉可显示出来;在脑外伤疾病中,对CT无法发现的微小出血灶及更多出血灶可有效发现。结论:在应用常规MRI检查中,SWI技术补充其不足.在脑部疾病的鉴别诊断中均有重要应用。
