摘要
我国城市发展模式由偏重外延式的增量扩张向内涵式的存量发展转型，包括历史城区和近十多年前的建成区在内的城市旧区正在成为城市创新活力和人气魅力的主要场域，因而规划界的任务日益从新区规划设计转向城市更新。过去规划专业对文化学-城市文化学-城市空间文化学的系统研究、教育和训练欠缺，是导致我国城市规划建设空间品质不高、遗产破坏，由此累遭诟病的重要原因。城市文化是城市的灵魂，未来我国城市可持续发展取决于并且表现在城市空间文化品质的提升。本文作为持续研究中的城市空间文化学（合作）的部分初步成果，提出城市街巷空间文化要素的层级结构和若干新的文化学范畴，进而建构旧城街巷空间文化品质评价量化方法，并通过选取国内外旧城街巷空间样本评价予以验证。在此基础上提出提升重庆旧域街巷空间文化品质的对策，包括建构老城区文道和解放碑空间文化轴的建议。
With the transition of the urban development mode from outward expansion to inward stock upgrading, the old urban areas, including those historically built and built during recent decades, have become the dominating place for the city＇s creativity and attractiveness. The tasks of the planning circle timely transit from new area＇s development to urban renewal responsively. The absence of culturology, urban culturology and spatial urban culturology in professional research, education and training in past years has resulted in inferior quality of urban space and destruction of valuable legacy, which has been seriously blamed. The sustainable urban development in the future is conditioned by and expressed on the enhancement of cultural quality of urban space, its spirit. This paper, as part of tile preliminary outcome of our research on urban spatial culturology, presents a series of new culturological categories based on which the Method of Spatial Cultural Assessment for Streets and Lanes in Old Urban Area is wrought out and tested with sample street applications at home and abroad, and a proposal on the formation of cultural routes in old districts and spatial cultural axes in Jiefangbei area is put forward.
