基于生态敏感性分析的山地城市适建性研究及规划应对——以大连张前路以西地区为例

摘要 生态环境要素是城市用地建设布局的重要依据。本文以地形较为复杂的大连张前路以西地区为例,根据山地生态系统特征,选取高程、坡度、水域、生态系统类型这4个因子,构建生态敏感性分析的指标体系,利用GIS空间分析技术,得到研究区的适建性分析结果,提出相应的保护和发展建议。通过对区域生态敏感性的分析,为城市规划和城市发展用地选择提供了科学依据,减小城市发展对生态系统破坏的风险。 The ecological environment factors are the important basis for the layout of urban land use. In this paper, the west area of Zhangqian Road, where the terrain is complicated, is taken for case study. Four factors including elevation, slope, water and ecosystem types are selected to construct the index system of ecological sensitivity analysis according to the characteristics of mountain ecosystem. By using GIS spatial analysis technology, the results of land constructability is obtained, and the corresponding suggestions of protection and development are put forward. Through the analysis of regional ecological sensitivity, it provides a scientific basis for urban planning and urban development land selection, and reduces the risk of urban development to the destruction of ecosystem.
