宣肺止痉方治疗感冒后咳嗽临床研究

Study on Xuanfei Zhijing Formula for Postinfectious Cough

目的:观察宣肺止痉方治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将94例辨证为风邪犯肺、肺气失宣证感冒后咳嗽患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组47例,治疗组采用宣肺止痉方治疗,对照组给予采用复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗,两组患者均治疗2周,比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为91.49%,对照组有效率为82.98%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗期间,治疗组3例出现轻度胃肠道不适,不需停药,2~3 d后自行缓解。结论:宣肺止痉方治疗感冒后咳嗽风邪犯肺、肺气失宣证疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of treating postinfectious cough by Xuanfei Zhijing Formula. Methods：94 cases of postinfectious cough patients of wind heat invading lung,Lung Qi obstruction syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,47 cases in each group. The treatment group was treat with Xuanfei Zhijing Formula,and the control group was given by Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules treatment,two patients were treated for 2 weeks,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 49%,and the effective rate of the control group was 82. 98%,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. In the treatment group,mild gastrointestinal discomfort occurred in 3 cases,and no need to stop the drug. After 2-3 d,it was relieved spontaneously. Conclusion：Xuanfei Zhijing Formula treatment of postinfectious cough has significant effect.
