中药灌肠方对传染性单核细胞增多症患者肝功能及T淋巴细胞水平的影响

Study on the Effects of Liver Function and T Lymphocytes Levels by Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Prescription in Patients with Monocytangina

目的:观察自拟中药灌肠方对传染性单核细胞增多症患者肝功能及T淋巴细胞水平的影响。方法:68例传染性单核细胞增多症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组给予更昔洛韦治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予自拟中药灌肠方灌肠治疗,均治疗7 d。检测两组患者治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群以及肝功能,观察记录两组患者临床症状及体征恢复时间与积分,比较两组临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者外周血CD3+、CD8+水平降低(P<0.01),CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平升高(P<0.01),总蛋白、总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)水平升高(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,GOT)以及谷氨酰转移酶(glutamyltransferase,GGT)水平降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患儿外周血CD3+、CD8+水平较低(P<0.01),CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平较高(P<0.01),总蛋白、TBIL水平较高(P<0.05),ALT、GOT以及GGT水平较低(P<0.05),临床症状及体征恢复时间较短(P<0.01),积分较低(P<0.01),临床有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药灌肠方治疗传染性单核细胞增多症疗效显著,能明显改善肝功能,缩短症状及体征恢复时间,且能有效升高CD4+水平,降低CD8+水平。

Objective：To investigate the effects of liver function and T lymphocytes levels by traditional Chinese medicine enema prescription in patients with monocytangina,provide guidance for clinical. Methods：68 children with monocytangina were collected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group,all the patients were treated by conventional treatment,patients in the control group were treated by ganciclovir,patients in the experiment group were treated on the base of the above treatment with traditional Chinese medicine enema prescription treatment,all treated with 7 days,detected peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroup and liver function before and after treatment,observed and recorded the clinical symptoms and signs of recovery time and integral,compared the clinical efficacy. Results：Compared with before treatment,2 groups of children with peripheral blood CD3＋,CD8＋levels decreased（ P〈0. 01）,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋levels increased（ P〈0. 01）,TP,TBi L levels increased（ P〈0. 05）;ALT,GOT and GGT levels decreased（ P〈0. 05）;compared with the control group,the experiment group of children with peripheral blood CD3＋,CD8＋levels were lower（ P〈0. 01）,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋levels were higher（ P〈0. 01）,TP and TBi L levels were higher（ P〈0. 05）,ALT,GOT and GGT levels were lower（ P〈0. 05）,the clinical symptoms and signs recovery time were shorter（P〈0. 01）,integral was lower（P〈0. 01）,total effective rate was higher（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine enema prescription can significantly improve liver function,shorten the symptoms and signs recovery time,effectively increase CD4＋level,reduce CD8＋level,and the curative effect is distinct.
