摘要
为研究芒果皮萃取物对病源微生物的抑菌效果,该试验选用3种不同品种的芒果皮,采用85%的乙醇萃取得到萃取物,用含有萃取物的培养基进行抑菌活性研究。结果表明,玉芒芒果皮萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念球菌及酿酒酵母有较好的抑菌效果,而四季芒和台农对酿酒酵母的抑制效果较好。
Three kinds of different varieties of mango peel were used.After degreasing with petroleum ether,the ex-tract was extracted with 85% ethanol and the antibacterial activity of the extract was studied.The results showed thatthe extract of Yumeng mango peel was effective against Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida albicans and Saccharomyces cerevisiae have a good antibacterial effect,four Seasons and Taiwan Residents farmers mango canplay a very good bacteriostatic effect on Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
