摘要
小麦赤霉病是一种世界性的小麦病害,它不仅造成严重的产量损失,而且会降低籽粒的食用品质与种用价值。苏麦3号是目前国际公认的抗赤霉病的最佳抗源,该试验以苏麦3号为对照,利用SSR分子标记Barc133对180份试验材料进行DNA的提取、PCR扩增、聚丙烯酰胺电泳检测,推测可能含有抗赤霉病基因的小麦材料。
Wheat scab is a worldwide disease,which not only causes serious production loss,but also reduces grainconsumption quality and seed value. Sumai 3 is recognized as the best anti-scab resistance source in the world. Inthis study,taking Sumai 3 as control,we tested 180 experimental materials based on the SSR molecular marker Barc133 by DNA extraction,PCR amplification and polyacrylamide electrophoresis technology,to detect the possi-ble materials carried the resistance gene.
