高职生态旅游类人才培养模式的探索与实践——以山西林业职业技术学院森林生态旅游专业为例

Exploration and Practice of Personnel Training Mode of Higher Tourism Vocational Education——The Case of Forest Eco-tourism Speciality of Shanxi Forestry Vocational Technology College

该文通过问卷调查、访问调查、头脑风暴等研究方法,与校企合作企业共同探讨了旅游人才培养的创新与发展问题,实践"3+1+1+1"人才培养模式,在课程体系构建、五课堂人才培养平台、实训基地建设、师资队伍、评价体系、校企深度融合等方面不断探索,着力培养具有林业精神、学徒精神的旅游服务与基层管理人才。

This article investigates the innovation and development of the cultivation mode of the talents in tourismby questionnaires,interviews,brain storm and discussion with school enterprise cooperation. We constantly ex-plore new ways in practicing＂3＋1＋1＋1＂training mode,which can be summarized as follows：curriculum program con-struction,organizing＂five classes＂training platform,construction of practical training base,teaching staff,school-enterprise co-training pattern and so on to cultivate tourism services elementary business management personnelwith the spirit of forestry,and the spirit of the apprentice.
