In recent years,under the influence of the global dairy market situation,China＇s dairy market continued to turbulence,since 2016,the national fresh milk prices remain in the doldrums,domestic and foreign fresh milk prices continued upside down,dairy imports rebounded signifi cantly. Beijing dairy market,as a typical representative of urban dairy industry,have a similar development situation with the national dairy market. Continued downturn in the dairy market accelerated the transformation and upgrading of the small and medium sized dairy farms in Beijing.Increasing quality of dairy products and huge consumption potential has contributed to the stable development of dairy industry in Beijing.
