文中系统地分析了近海供应船载运危险货物存在的问题,并从完善法律体系、加强部门联动、落实企业主体责任、实施海事全程管控等方面给出了针对性的对策和建议。
The paper systematically analyzes the existing problems of offshore supply vessels carrying dangerous goods, and provides suggestions from such aspects as improving the legal systems, strengthening the linkage between departments, implementing the responsibilities of enterprises, and conducting whole-process control.
