摘要 在成形、压榨、脱水、递纸、干燥、纸幅结构、产品性能、生产成本等方面,对DCT、NTT、TAD生活用纸纸机进行了对比,得出NTT纸机可以达到节能、定量范围宽、可采用平纹或塑纹模式、产品具有成本优势的结论。同时,介绍了热电联产项目及能源的少用、回收、再利用的技术与设备等。 DCT, NTT and TAD tissue machines are put in comparison from the perspectives of formation, press, dehydration, paper delivery, paper-width structure, product quality and costs, and finally the conclusion has been drawn that NTT machine is featured by high efficiency, wider quantitative range, formation of plain or plastic weave and cost advantages. Meanwhile, cogeneration project and new technology and machinery in energy saving, recovery and reutilization by Velmet has been introduced hereby in the essay.
