The essay introduced the components and configuration principle of the automatic control system for twin roll press SJA2284. The automatic control scheme was elaborated in main hydraulic system, auxiliary system and lubrication system. Based on the analysis of working principle of the equipment, this paper also discussed the opening program and DCS control scheme in detail.
