摘要 铝合金轮毂的识别是轮毂智能生产管理平台的重要一个环节。利用Microsoft Visual Studio平台和MFC搭建系统界面,基于强大的机器视觉开源库OpenCV实现在线拍摄轮毂,针对带有较大毛刺的铸件毛坯图像进行幅窗多边形形状化简并进行特征提取,最后利用为图片生成序列号的形式进行轮毂图片比对并加以分类,达到了实时分类的效果。该系统有效地提高了轮毂生产效率,并实现智能化轮毂分类和数据发送。 The recognition of aluminum alloy wheel hub is an important part of the intelligent production management platform. Based on the powerful machine vision open source library of the OpenCV, the Microsoft Visual Studio platform and MFC was used to build the system interface which provided the re- al-time photographs of wheel hubs. The shapes of the rough castings with a larger burrs were polygonal- ly simplified and their features were extracted. Then the order number of the images was generated to match and classify the wheel hub images to finally conduct the real-time classification. The system can improve effectively the production efficiency, and realize the intelligent hub classification and data transmission.
