摘要
广东电网节能环保一体化监测平台提高了软硬件资源的利用率,为电网节能发电调度提供了数据支撑。本文首先简要介绍了广东电网节能环保一体化监测平台的构建思路,接着介绍了广东电网节能环保一体化监测平台的主要功能模块,如能耗监测、环保监测及电量统计、热电监测及综合排名等,同时列出了监测平台的两个难点;最后,阐述了平台的应用效果。通过近四年煤耗数据对比分析,表明监测平台可为降低全网平均煤耗及提高节能发电调度水平发挥积极作用。
Energy saving and environmental protection integrated monitoring platform in Guangdong Power Grid improves the utilization of software and hardware resources,and provides data support for energy-saving generation dispatching of power grid.In this paper,it briefly introduces the thinking of Guangdong Power Grid energy conservation and environmental protection integrated monitoring platform.Then the main function modules of energy saving and environmental protection integrated monitoring platform in Guangdong Power Grid are presented,such as energy consumption monitoring,environmental monitoring and statistics,thermal power monitoring and comprehensive ranking.And at the same time it lists two difficulties of the monitoring platform.Finally,the application effect of the platform is described.Through nearly four years of coal consumption data comparative analysis shows that the monitoring platform can reduce the average network consumption and plays a positive role in improving the level of energy-saving power generation dispatching.
