Design of Deicing Automatic Mixing System-Based on 4G Network

系统由融雪剂配比基站和远程监控中心组成,可实现远程监控、自动配比的功能。融雪剂配比基站由S7-200 PLC、触摸屏、密度传感器、液位传感器、流量传感器、控制阀门、电机泵等硬件构成,实现各种浓度配比需求。同时系统采用GRM500无线通信模块,应用4G网络、GrmOpc Server、Giant View V3.5组态软件进行组态,实现对融雪剂自动配比系统的远程控制。

The paper introduces the design of deicing automatic mixing system that has remote control function.Deicing automatic mixing systemis consist of field controlling system and remote monitoring and controlling center.Deicing mixing of base stationscomprises Siemens S7-200 PLC,touch screen,density sensor,level sensor,flow sensor,control valve,motor and other devices,it achieves a variety of concentration ratio requirements.Deicing automatic mixing system achieves remote control by adding GRM500 wireless communication module,applying 4G network,using GrmOpc Server,Giant View V3.5 to complete the design of real time monitoringinterface.
