摘要
针对氧气充装过程中液氧泵调速存在的充装速度快、自动化程度低等问题,设计一种采用模糊控制方法的调速方案。对控制系统的硬件电路、软件设计及系统实现等进行了分析,仿真试验表明,把模糊控制应用于液氧泵的转速调节是可行的,控制效果良好,可减少由于人工操作不当带来的安全隐患。
According to the problem of speed adjusting about the liquid oxygen pump in oxygen filling process that the filling speed is too quickly and the automatic control degree is low and so on,a variable scheme based on fuzzy control is designed.The paper analyses the hardware circuit,software structure and realization of the control system.The simulation shows that this scheme is feasible,the control effect is good,and the hidden trouble due to the improper operation is reduced.
