基于三维激光点云的船舶型线生成方法

摘要 针对传统船舶型线测量方法存在工作强度大、效率低等缺点,依托近年来迅速发展的三维激光扫描技术以及逆向工程领域的切片技术,提出了一种基于点云切片技术的船舶型线生成方法。该方法将船舶点云数据沿着指定的方向进行切片,再将切片点云投影到平面栅格,然后将落入到每个栅格内的点云重心化并将其作为特征点,从而快速构建点云特征轮廓线,最后得到船舶型线图。经实例验证,该方法可以快速、准确地生成船舶型线,为船舶型线的测量提供了一种全新的技术手段。 Traditional methods of measuring ship mold line often have certain drawbacks such as high labor intensity and low efficiency. With the help of the 3D laser scanning technique and slicing technique in reverse engineering,this paper introduces a ship mold line generation method based on the point cloud slicing technique. The proposed method first segments the point clouds into several point cloud slices along the specified direction,and the slices are then projected to the plane grids. Calculate the center of the gravity of points in each grid as the feature points. The point cloud feature contour lines can be obtained rapidly with these feature points. Finally,the ship mold line can be acquired. The test results indicate that the proposed method can generate the ship mold line rapidly and accurately,thus providing the ship mold line measurement a new technique.
