摘要
选取45只1日龄雌性蓝孔雀,然后随机分为3个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。结果表明:在饲料中添加0.5%竹叶黄酮和黄芩苷,提高了蓝孔雀幼雏的平均体重、平均日增重、日采食量,降低了蓝孔雀幼雏的料重比;提高了蓝孔雀幼雏血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性3项指标,从而提高了蓝孔雀幼雏的抗氧化能力。
45 one-day-old peatowl were selected and divided into three groups randomly, with three repetitions in each group and five peafowls in a repetition. The test showed that 0.5% of antioxidant bamboo leaves(AOB) and baicalin inereased the mean weigh, average daily gain, feed conversion rate. It also enhanced the antioxidant parameters as T-AOC, SOD and CAT in serum.
