摘要
粗蛋白质是饲料的重要指标,也是饲料产品的必检指标。本试验选择采用传统的半微量定氮法和两种不同型号的全自动凯氏定氮仪法对10种蛋白饲料原料中的粗蛋白质含量进行检测,分析不同方法的准确度,为饲料质量检测分析检测技术提供参考。试验结果表明,全自动凯氏定氮仪更适合大批量样品的检测,而且检测精度更高。
Crude protein is an important index of feed, and it is also an important index of feed prod- uets. The study selected a rusty tester and skilled tester using traditional method using, and selected fully automatic instrument using the full amount method. The study detected 10 kinds of protein feed, and analysised of the aeeuraey of differenl methods. The results showed that the fully automatic instru- ment is more suitable for the detection of large quantities of samples, and the detection accuracy is higher.
