摘要 基于Aspen Plus和Aspen Process Economic Analyzer,通过分析影响项目经济性的5个关键因素(运输距离、产品收益、碳税、补贴和污泥水分),对污泥热解和污泥混煤燃烧技术进行了经济性分析,比较不同条件下项目的盈利前景,并针对5个关键因素进行敏感性分析。研究结果表明:与污泥热解技术相比,污泥混烧技术的经济性更易受到运输距离的影响,当污泥运输距离小于13 km或是污泥水分低于50%时,污泥混烧技术可以实现盈利;污泥热解技术的经济性受产品收益的影响最大,当产品收益提高15%以上或是污泥水分低于42%时,污泥热解技术能够盈利。当污泥水分小于35%时,污泥热解技术的经济性优于污泥混烧技术。 Based on Aspen Plus and Aspen Process Economic Analyzer, techno -economic comparison analysis was carried out between sewage sludge pyrolysis and sewage sludge co-combustion with coal. The comparison includes five crucial factors (transportation cost, product revenue, carbon tax, subsidy and sludge water content) that would affect the economic performance of the technology. The result illustrated that the co-combustion technology is more sensitive to transportation cost than pyrolysis. The co-combustion technology can be profitable when the transportation distance is within 13 km or sludge water content lower than 50%. The product revenue affects the pyrolysis at most, it can be profitable when product revenue increases over 15%or sludge water content lower than 42%. And pyrolysis technology is more preferable than co-combustion technology when sludge water content is larger than 35%.
