摘要 文章以实验室精炼大豆植物绝缘油和甲酯化菜籽植物绝缘油为研究对象,依次测定了两种绝缘油的热膨胀系数以及H_2,CH_4,C_2H_4,C_2H_6,C_2H_2这5种特征气体在绝缘油中的Ostwald平衡常数(K)。基于课题组自主研发的热故障模拟试验装置,开展了两种植物绝缘油-纸体系在200~700℃条件下的热故障模拟试验,研究了H_2,CH_4,C_2H_4,C_2H_6,C_2H_2这5种特征气体在油-纸体系中的产气规律,为植物绝缘油-纸体系下的溶解气体故障诊断标准的建立提供了试验依据与数据基础。 In this paper, gas generation in two kinds of vegetable insulating oils under localized thermal faults was studied. The thermal expansion coefficient of fluids and the Ostwald equilibrium constants (K) of five kinds of key gases dissolved in oil were measured. Simulation tests of vegetable insulating oil-paper under thermal fault of 200~700℃were conducted, and the gas generation of key gases were studied. This research provided experimental foundation and data basis for establishing the fault diagnosis standard of dissolved gas analysis for vegetable insulating oil-paper system.
