摘要
传统Cuk PFC变换器在低电压输入时效率低、损耗大。文章对一种无桥Cuk PFC变换器进行研究,该变换器保留传统变换器的优点,但具有更高的效率和功率因数。以无桥Cuk PFC变换器的断续导电模式(DCM)为例,分析了变换器的工作原理及其各参数设计。通过Matlab仿真对传统Cuk PFC变换器和无桥Cuk PFC变换器进行了对比,验证了无桥Cuk PFC变换器工作的正确性和有效性。
With the development of electric vehicles and wind power, PFC technology has been applied not only in the power supply equipment.. Because of the low efficiency and high loss of the conventional PFC converter at the state of the low input voltage, more and more researches have turned to the new bridgeless PFC converter. In this paper, a bridgeless Cuk PFC converter is studied. This bridgeless Cuk PFC converter not only retains the advantages of conventional Cuk PFC converters, but also has higher efficiency and higher power factor. With the discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) of the converter as an example, the working principle of the converter and the design of its parameters are analyzed in detail. At last, the comparison between the traditional Cuk PFC converter and the bridgeless Cuk PFC converter is done by MATLAB simulation, which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the bridgeless Cuk PFC converter.
