摘要
以壳聚糖为功能单体,α-Fe_2O_3为改性增强剂,砷为印迹分子,采用反相悬浮交联法制备砷分子印迹α-Fe_2O_3改性树脂As-IFICB。研究其在不同温度、pH和反应时间条件下对梨汁中砷的吸附作用。结果表明:As-IFICB吸附砷的最佳条件为pH 6.0,30℃,吸附时间6 h。As-IFICB能有效去除梨汁中的砷,并最大程度地保留钙、镁、铁等有益矿质元素,对梨汁中营养成分总糖和氨基酸含量的影响很小。As-IFICB有望成为一种能有效脱除梨汁中砷的吸附材料,具有广阔的应用前景。
The α-Fe203 modified chitosan beads with As(Ⅲ) as template ions (As-IFICB) was prepared through the method of inverse phase emulsion dispersion, in order to remove arsenic from pear juice. Batch adsorption experiments were performed to study the adsorption capacity of As-IFICB for arsenic at different pH, temperature, contact time and concentration. The result showed that themaximum adsorption capacity of As-IFICB for removing arsenic from pear juice at pH 6.0, 30℃ for 6 h. As-IFICB was effective for the removal of arsenic from pear juice, furthermore, the effeeton beneficialmetal elements, such as Ca, Mg and Fe, wasnot obvious. Meanwhile, the contents of total sugar and amino acid wereinflueneed very small, hindicated that As-IFICB is expected to be a suitable material for the removal o- farsenicfrom pear juice.
