摘要
城镇化对技术创新存在着较为复杂的影响机理。从协同学来看,城镇化和产业集群是区域中相互作用的两个系统,二者"耦合"作用表现为正反馈或负反馈,前者相互促进,后者相互限制。理论上,二者的耦合度高,有利于创新要素的融合及协同,促进技术创新的发展;反之,二者的耦合度低,则会阻碍技术创新的发展。为此,通过构建城镇化与产业集群的耦合模型,基于江苏省13个地市的历史数据,采用GMM法实证城镇化与产业集群耦合影响技术创新的理论假设。结果表明:提高城镇化与产业集群耦合水平会对技术创新效率产生正面影响,且二者的耦合水平对技术密集行业和劳动密集行业的创新效率影响显著,对资本密集行业的影响较弱。
The influence of urbanization on technological innovation is very complex. Viewed from the coordination theory, the urbanization and the industrial clusterare two interactive systems in a given area. The'coupling'effect of their interaction is positive or negative feedback. Theoretically, high coupling would be beneficial to the integration and synergy of innovative elements, and to promote the development of technological innovation. Low coupling is the opposite. The paper constructs a coupling model of urbanization and industrial cluster, and uses empirical GMM method to prove the hypothesis that urbanization and industrial cluster influence technological innovation. The results show that the increase of urbanization and industrial cluster coupling level will have a positive impact on the efficiency of technological innovation. The impact on technology-intensive industries and labor-intensive industries is enormous, but the impact on capital-intensive industry is weak.
