Social Transformation:The Influence of Social Psychology Change on the Public Opinion Guidance

社会心理是社会舆论的基础,社会舆论是社会心理的产物。在社会转型期,新旧社会规范的共存使社会心理处于一种暂时的无序状态,随着社会的进一步转型,社会心理会由无序走向有序。社会阶层的不断分化使社会舆论的感性程度增强,应重视将社会舆论由感性引向理性。社会心理变迁会影响社会舆论引导的内容,社会舆论引导会主导社会心理变迁的方向,两者互为因果关系。在社会舆论引导过程中,应以提高政府公信力为首要前提,以社会主义核心价值观为主要内容,以发展议程设置为重要途径,以缓解各社会阶层之间的矛盾为根本目的,进而促进社会心理的有序发展。

Social psychology is the foundation of public opinion, and public opinion is the production of social psychology. During the period of social transformation, the coexistence of the old and new social norms situates social psychology in a temporarily disordered state. However, with the progress of the further transformation of our society, social psychology will transfer from disorder to order. The differentiation of social classes makes public opinion become more emotional, so attention should be paid to guide the public opinion from being emotional to being rational. Social psychology change can influence the contents of public opinion guidance, and public opinion guidance can also have effects on the direction of social psychology change. Thus, they work as reciprocal causation. In order to promote ordered changes of social psychology, public opinion guidance should regard improving government credibility as initial premise, socialist core values as the main content, agenda setting as an important approach, mitigating the conflicts among social classes as the fundamental objective.
