艳山姜挥发油提取工艺优选及化学成分GC-MS分析 被引量:8

Optimization of Extraction Technology for Volatile Oil of Alpiniae Zerumbet and GC-MS Analysis of Its Chemical Composition

摘要 目的:优选艳山姜挥发油的最佳提取工艺,分析其挥发油化学成分。方法:以挥发油提取率为指标,以浸泡时间、料液比、提取时间为考察因素进行正交试验,确定艳山姜挥发油的提取工艺条件;采用气质联用仪(GC-MS)考察不同提取时间对挥发油化学成分的影响。结果:正交试验和方差分析结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为浸泡1 h,料液比1∶12,提取时间7 h;从1、5及7 h提取时间的挥发油中分离出了107个化合物,鉴定了70个化合物,有部分成分含量差异大;所鉴定的化合物相对含量占各自挥发油总量的92.909%、95.001%及87.020%。结论:在优选的提取工艺条件下,挥发油提取率较高;艳山姜不同提取时间挥发油的成分种类无变化,但部分成分含量差异大。 Objective: To optimize extraction process of volatile oil from Alpiniae Zerumbet and analyze its chemical compositions. Method: With the volatile oil extraction rate as the index and the soaking time,solid-liquid ratio,and extraction time as factors,the orthogonal test was conducted to determine the extraction process conditions of volatile oil from Alpiniae Zerumbet; GC-MS was adopted to investigate the effect of different extraction time on chemical compositions of Alpiniae Zerumbet volatile oil. Results: Orthogonal test and variance analysis results showed that the optimum extraction condition was: soaking for 1 h,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 12,extraction time 7 h. There were 107 compounds separated from Alpiniae Zerumbet volatile oil from which 70 compounds were identified when the extraction time was in the range from 1. 5 and 7 h. The relative content of identified compounds from the volatile oil accounted for 92. 909% of the total,95. 001% and 87. 020%,respectively. Conclusion: Inthe optimal extraction condition,the extraction rate of the volatile oil is higher. There is no change of components and varieties at different extraction time for Alpiniae Zerumbet,but the content of some components is tremendously different.
