非小细胞肺癌患者外周血P-选择素、IL-6、TPO水平及血小板的相关性

Correlation Study on P-Selectin,IL-6,TPO Level and Platelet Count in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:通过检测非小细胞肺癌患者外周血中P-选择素、白介素-6(IL-6)、促血小板生成素(TPO)水平及计数血小板的量(PLT),分析这些因子与非小细胞肺癌的相关性。方法:50例确诊非小细胞肺癌患者根据国际肺癌研究学会(IASLC)标准分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期和50例健康体检者(对照组),空腹取静脉血,应用ELISA法检测P-选择素、IL-6、TPO水平并计数PLT;对比非小细胞肺癌患者和对照组的检测结果;分析非小细胞肺癌患者P-选择素、IL-6、TPO、PLT的量与临床病理参数的关系以及这些因子之间的相关性。结果:非小细胞肺癌组的P-选择素、IL-6、TPO及PLT水平均高于对照组;在NSCLC患者中,IL-6、TPO及PLT随着病情的加重有升高的趋势,且与吸烟有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与病理分型无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而P-选择素的水平只与TNM分期和病理分型有关,且Ⅲ、Ⅳ的患者水平明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ患者,腺癌患者高于鳞癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与其他因素无明显相关性,差异无统计学意义。结论:非小细胞肺癌患者外周血P-选择素、IL-6、TPO水平以及血小板计数在非小细胞肺癌的转移中起着重要的作用。

Objective： To investigate the correlation between non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）and the levels of P-selectin,interleukin-6（ IL-6）,thrombopoietin（ TPO） and the amount of platelet count（ PLT） in peripheral blood. Methods： 50 diagnosed non-small cell lung cancer patients were divided into stageⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ according to IASLC standard and 50 healthy people were concluded as control group. Venous blood was taken on empty stomach. ELISA was adopted to detect the levels of P-selectin,IL-6,TPO and hematology analyzer to detect PLT. The detection result of 50 cases of NSCLC and 50 cases of healthy volunteers were compared and analyzed. Analyzing the relationship between P-selectin,IL-6,TPO,PLT value of non-small cell lung cancer patients and clinic pathologicalparameters,as well as the correlation among these factors. Results： The levels of P-selectin,IL-6,TPO and PLT level in NSCLC group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group（ P〈0. 05）; among patients with NSCLC,IL-6,TPO,and PLT were found to be associated with severity of the disease and cigarette smoking,differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; which was irrelevant with pathological analysis,difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. However,the level of P-selectin was only related to TNM stage and pathological type,and the level in patients with stage III and IV were significantly higher than that of patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ（ P〈0. 05）;the level of P-selectin in patients with adenocarcinoma was higher than squamous cell carcinoma（ P〈0. 05）,but there was no relationship with other factors（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： the metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer is closely related to the levels of P-selectin,IL-6,TPO and platelet count in peripheral blood.
