耐盐碱高油酸花生田间鉴定筛选研究 被引量:6

摘要 为选育适合盐碱地种植的花生品种,在吉林省白城市未开垦的盐碱地上种植21个花生新品系(其中19个为高油酸品系),研究主要农艺性状与产量的相关性,表明小区存活株数与产量呈极显著正相关,小区存活株数广义遗传率为中至高。选出7个高油酸品系,其在盐碱地上种植产量明显高于对照品种,特别是15S24、15S25子仁666.7m^2产量均在100 kg以上,15L2子仁产量更是在200 kg以上。 To breed the peanut cultivars suitable for cultivation in salt and alkaline lands,21 new peanut lines including 19 high oleic acid lines were planted in virgin salt and alkaline land in Baicheng City,Jilin Province. The correlation analysis was performed to study the relationships between yield and other main agronomic characters. The results showed that the number of survival plants per plot was positively correlated with yield at 0. 01 probability level. The broad sense heritability for number of survival plants per plot was medium to high. Seven high oleic acid peanut lines whose yields were superior to control were selected,among them,the yields of 15S24 and 15S25 both were more than 100 kg per 666. 7m^2 and that of 15L2 was more than 200 kg per 666. 7m^2.
