8种杀菌剂对黄瓜细菌性角斑病的防治效果 被引量:11

摘要 为明确供试的8种杀菌剂防治黄瓜细菌性角斑病的效果,采用含毒介质法、琼脂扩散法和盆栽法测定了8种杀菌剂对丁香假单胞杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、抑菌圈大小及保护和治疗效果。结果表明,0.3%四霉素AS、80%乙蒜素EC、5%中生菌素WP、72%农用硫酸链霉素SP、20%乙酸铜WP和46%可杀得叁千WG的MIC分别为20、80、200、400、800 mg/L和2 000 mg/L。当浓度为400 mg/L时,0.3%四霉素AS、5%中生菌素WP、20%乙酸铜WP和80%乙蒜素EC的抑菌圈直径分别为1.75、1.33、0.93 cm和0.90 cm。盆栽试验结果表明,保护作用好于治疗作用,其中20%噻菌铜SC、46%可杀得叁千WG、5%中生菌素WP、20%乙酸铜WP和72%农用硫酸链霉素SP在浓度200~400 mg/L时,保护作用的防治效果分别为78.9%~82.2%、78.1%~81.0%、69.7%~78.3%、61.7%~63.1%和57.1%~65.0%。综合考虑,20%噻菌铜SC、46%可杀得叁千WG、5%中生菌素WP、20%乙酸铜WP和72%农用硫酸链霉素SP对黄瓜细菌性角斑病有较好的防治效果。 In order to screen the commercial bactericides for effectively controlling cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot,the MIC,inhibition zone and preventative and therapeutic effects of 8 bactericides were detected by toxic media method and disk diffusion method in laboratory and pot method in greenhouse. The results showed that the MIC of 0. 3% tetramycin AS,80% ethylicin EC,5% zhongshengmycin WP,72%streptomycin sulphate SP,20% copper acetate WP and 46% kocide 3 000 WG was 20,80,200,400,800 and 2 000 mg/L,respectively. The inhibition zone width of 0. 3% tetramycin AS,5% zhongshengmycin WP,20% copper acetate WP and 80% ethylicin EC was 1. 75,1. 33,0. 93 and 0. 90 cm at the concentration of400 mg/L,respectively. The pot experiments showed that the preventative effect was better than therapeutic effect. The preventative efficacy of 20% thiodiazole-copper SC,46% kocide 3 000 WG,5% zhongshengmycin WP,20% copper acetate WP and 72% streptomycin sulphate SP was 78. 9% ~ 82. 2%,78. 1% ~81. 0%,69. 7% ~ 78. 3%,61. 7% ~ 63. 1% and 57. 1% ~ 65. 0% at the concentration of 200 ~ 400 mg/L,respectively. Comprehensively considering,20% thiodiazole-copper SC,46% kocide 3 000 WG,5%zhongshengmycin WP,20% copper acetate WP and 72% streptomycin sulphate SP had effective control effect on cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot.
