摘要
微量元素包含人体必需与可能必需的,随着现代分析技术的不断发展,进行微量元素分析和测定的方法也层出不穷。查阅近几年国内外相关文献,通过对目前的药材中微量元素含量测定方法的研究进展进行综述,包括原子吸收分光光度法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法、荧光光谱法、激光诱导击穿光谱法等,对比分析了各种微量元素含量测定方法的优缺点,以期为提升元素检测标准提供借鉴,不断提高药材质量标准。
Trace elements contain essential and potentially necessary in human body.With the continuous development of modern analytical techniques,trace element analysis and determination of methods are endless.The main methods of measurement include atomic absorption spectrophotometry,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,fluorescence spectroscopy,laser induced breakdown spectroscopy,and so on.By reviewing the relevant literatures at home and abroad in recent years,the advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared and analyzed,in order to provide a reference for the detection of standards in medicinal material,and developing its quality.
