In the era of globalization, population migration makes mankind step into a new round of order reconstruction process. On the one hand, this process makes old order challenged; on the other hand, this process faces difficult obstacles because new order is still slow in coming. All these situations force us to confront the encountering and getting-along issues of civilizations. Whether to solve the conflict problems or to pursue coexistence harmoniously, we need to deepen our understanding of the actual state of world ethnic and cultural issues, to reject isolationism and populism in action, and make the ideal of global ethics and civilization community of the greatest common interests between different cultures become the basis for the reconstruction of the order.
