益气化瘀汤联合氯吡格雷及阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死随机平行对照研究

Yiqihuayu Decoction with Clopidogrel and Aspirin Therapy of Acute Myocardial Infarction(MI) Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察益气化瘀汤联合氯吡格雷及阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按就诊顺序号方法随机分为两组。对照组40例氯吡格雷,3片/次,1次/d;阿司匹林,口服3片,次日改为2片,1次/d。治疗组40例益气化瘀汤(黄芪、升麻各20g,麦芽、党参、云苓各15g,白术10g,山楂12g,川芎、莪术、枳实、柴胡、三棱各10g,红花9g),随症加减,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活、社会功能、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效21例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%;对照组显效15例,有效14例,无效11例,总有效率72.50%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。躯体功能、心理功能、物质生活、社会功能评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气化瘀汤联合氯吡格雷及阿司匹林治疗急性心肌梗死,疗效满意,提升生活质量,值得推广。

[Objective] Observing Yiqi blood decoction with clopidogrel and aspirin therapy of acute myocardial infarction curative effect. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 80 eases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the clinic serial number method. Treatment group （40 cases Yiqi blood decoction （radix astragali, cohosh each 20g, malt, dangshen, poria, 15g atractylodes 10g, 12g, hawthorn, rhizoma ligustici walliehii, rhizoma zedoariae, acid-insoluble ash, radix bupleuri, triangqllar each 10g, 9g safflower）, with the disease to add and subtract, the I/d, fried 200mL water, morning and evening oral; western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 1 month is 1 treatment course. Observation of clinical symptoms, physical function, psychological function, material life, social function, and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [Results] Treatment group （21 cases had marked effect, 17 cases effective, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 95.00%; control group 15 cases were markedly effective, effective 14 cases, 11 eases, total effective rate was 72.50%; The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Physical function, psychological function, material life, social function, the treatment group is better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] Yiqihuayu decoction with elopidogrel and aspirin therapy of acute myocardial infarction （mi）, curative effect satisfaction, improving the quality of life, reduce the recurrence rate, worthy of promotion.
