内蒙古自治区2005~2015年麻疹实验室网络运转情况分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价内蒙古自治区2003年成立以后麻疹实验室2005~2015年网络的运转情况。方法对内蒙古自治区2005~2015年麻疹实验室网络的各项监测数据进行分析。结果 (1)血清学监测:全自治区2005~2015年共采集麻疹血清学标本15 886份,标本的采集率为83.70%。其中麻疹免疫球蛋白M(Immunoglobin M,IgM)抗体阳性8 000份,阳性率为60.16%;共采集风疹血清学标本4 333份,风疹IgM抗体阳性1341份,阳性率为30.94%。(2)病原学监测:2005~2015年分别从2 967份咽拭子中分离到麻疹野病毒179株。送至中国疾病预防控制中心国家麻疹实验室基因序列测定和分析均为H1a基因型;风疹病毒株14株,送至中国疾病预防控制中心国家麻疹实验室基因序列测定和分析13株为1E基因型,1株为2B基因型,表明H1a基因型为内蒙古自治区麻疹的优势基因型,1E基因型为风疹的优势基因型。(3)实验室网络质量控制:2005~2015年内蒙古自治区麻疹网络实验室均通过了国家及世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)麻疹实验室职能考核和现场认证;2005~2006年省级对市实验室进行现场考核,12盟市均通过验收,2007~2015年对市级实验室进行了麻疹、风疹盲样考核,12盟市均通过了盲样考核,复核样考核,麻疹符合率均超过90%,风疹符合率均大于70%,除2015以外。结论 2007~2015年内蒙古自治区麻疹网络实验室运转良好,建立了麻疹/风疹快速RT-PCR鉴别诊断、病原学监测的网络实验室和比较健全的质量体系,为控制和消除麻疹和风疹提供了良好的实验室基础。 Objtive To evaluate the operation of the network of measles in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region 2005 -- 2015 Methods To analyze the data of the measles laboratory network in Inner Mongolia of 2005 2015. Results (1) Serological surveillance: Total serum samples of measles 15 886 were collected 2005 2015, and the collection rate was 83.70 %. The positive rate of measles IgM antibody was 60.16 %. The total of 4 333 rubella seropositive samples were collected and 1341 rubella IgM antibodies were positive. The positive rate was 30.94 %. (2)Etiologic monitoring: 179 isolates of measles virus were isolated from 2 967 throat swabs 2005- 2015. To sent the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of China National Measles Labora- tory gene sequence were analyzed that it was Hla genotype; rubella virus strain was 14, sent to the Chinese Cen- ter for Disease Control and Prevention National Measles Laboratory gene sequence were analyzed of the 13 strains of 1E genotype, One was 2B genotype, indicating that Hla genotype was the dominant genotype of measles inInner Mongolia Autdnomous Region, and 1E genotype was the dominant genotype of rubella. (3) Laboratory network quality control: the measles laboratory of Inner Mongolia passed the proficiency test and on - site review by the measles laboratory of china and WHO; 12 city all pass on - site review by the measles laboratory of province between 2005 to 2006, From 2007 to 2015, 12 city all passed the proficiency test annual Union City of the annual measle, and the confirmation rates of measles and rubella virus antibody all more then 70 %, expect for 2015. Conclusion The measles laboratory network of in Inner Mongolia was running well 2005--2015, and established a measles/rubella rapid diagnosis of RT - PCR, and the system of pathogenic surveillance and Inner House Control, which provided important scientific basis for control and elimination measles and rubella.
