回溯中医发展,提出面向未来的策略,在于局部中回归整体,把握螺旋式上升的历史趋势,借鉴现代康复医学"功能观"理念,传承中医内涵,结合状态医学发展新趋势,传承中创新,突破传统语境,发展中医康复学新理念——状态观,并以状态为核心,以"形-气-神"为着力点,整理技术体系和临床路径,把握生命自康复能力的状态观,与西医功能观和疾病观良性互动,为中医创新性的整体回归提供新的语境平台。

Remount to the development of traditional Chinese medicine, put forward strategies for the future, lies in a return to wholeness from parts. We should grasp the spiraling historical trend, to inherit the connotation of Chinese medicine by learning the ＂function view＂ of modem rehabilita- tion medicine, combine the new trends of state medicine to innovate in inheritance, break through the traditional context to develop the new idea - state view for TCM rehabilitation, then take state as core and ＂form-qi-spirit＂ as focus point, arrange technical system and clinical pathways, grasp the state view of self-recovery ability in life and make it benignly interact with the viewpoints of function and disease of modem medicine, finally to provide a new platform for the holistie regression of traditional Chinese medicine creativity.
